What is the most up to date, complete FS/2 file resource site? I know of the Volition Archive, but the newest file on there is a year and a half old, and I have tried about 90% of the missions and campaigns on there, and just over half of the MOD's over there, and this has left me with a craving for more more MORE. I also know of FS2 sector, but that only has a select few available, and I have tried all of them, and they left me with even more of a craving for quality mods and missions.
So, have I found everything there is to find, or am I missing something? Any, and of course, all recemedations are welcomed.

Some of those are still in production obviously. I very much reccomend trying Homesick.

I have tried Homesick, and have played it through twice, and a select few missions in it more than that. Man, I love that campaign..... Best one out there in terms of personalization and story IMHO (And, yes, I have played Derelict), only real gripe I have with it is the extreme lack of variety in fighters to chose from. I know that it is a merc ship and all, but just Hercs and Lokis! I think that he should have thrown the Uylessess in there for varietys sake..... But that, in all honesty, is a very minor complaint.
Oh, and I was already aware of the resources on HLP, I just neglected to mention them since it seemed kinda redundant, these fourms belonging to that site and all. But thanks nonetheless for the information!

Between us, VW, and FS2 Sector (http://sectorgame.com/f2s), we have pretty much every FS mod in existence. If you want more, just look around these forums... ;)

Then how about making a campaign of your own? Or comming up with a storyline and try to get a team around it.

Much like an utopistic thing with the usual scarcety of skilled people...
I've started my own campaign one year ago, but since i can't get a team and my FRED skill sucks i have only a few missions ready, and not really happy about their quality...

Building your own team is a bad idea at the moment. Joining an existing team is a better idea. Get some skills in ANYTHING to do with FS2 modding or FREDding and someone is bound to snap you up.

It's best to do what I'm doing, methinks. Get the tables, effects, and sounds done, then do FREDing, then modeling.
Save the longest step for last :)

True dat. Come join a team and then for your services, ask them to help you with your own efforts. :)
