Does The Babylon Project Mod work with the downloadable Freespace 2 Demo? My original copy of FS2 was stolen and I can't find any retailer that sells it.

Just wait for the R3, which will be a complete stand-alone version, with no Volition data required.

Thanks guys.
I just tried R2 with the downloaded demo and it gave me an 'Error parsing weapons.tbl, Error code=1"

I guess I will just have to wait.

You've a choice. If you only want to play TBP go for the stand alone.

If you miss FS2 as well follow the link Mr Fury posted.
