Though I've only has a quick look in the lab that's a very nice Herc 3 texture. Well done and thanks.
Uh most Shivan ships already have decent maps, and the ones that I think you'd want redoing aren't in the mod anymore, or has their maps changed.

Well, there are still retail FS2 ships with retail textures. Such as the GVB Sekhmet and (if I remember correctly) GVF Tauret. There might be some others too.

The Sekhmet has high res maps from Lightspeeds texture pack.
I'm currently looking at what maps could be improved. We still have some EA capship maps that need to be upgraded to match the ones done by DaBrain.

It might take some time to get the INF textures organised. If you've downloaded INFA, do you think you can improve my Fenris tile map set in any way? I'm no texture artist so the ones I made are a bit blury at close range. They're named fen01-fen11 if your willing to have a look at those.

GVF Mihos, GVF Apis, GVF Pakhet, SF Danta, SF Harpy, SF Andra, SF Succubus (definately), GTC Bellerophon*.

The bit you removed from that one was fine before. It's the stuff on the left of the texture doesn't align to the bits on the right.

That fen01 is better but it still doesn't tile correctly, you might want to mirror one side of the texture to the other to fix that.

Grab one half of the texture in whatever package your making them in and flip it to the other side of the map.

Ignore the glowmaps, they're from the current texture.
There's still some of that grey going down the middle, you can see it clearly in game.
Also though the map tiles left-right it doesn't match up top-bottom yet.

So far it looks good if hte few remaining problems are fixed, but it depends on how all the fen tiles fit in together. This one doesn't fit with the other existing ones, but should be fine with them once they are upgraded too.

That one looks good but it doesn't tile left-right and is 513*513 and so doesn't work in FS2 unless its rescaled to 512*512

Oh as a note fen07 should be the same map as fen01, but with less windows. So hopefully you can edit fen01 to make fen07 instead of making an entirely new map.

If it's for a temp file, you might want to try megaupload or rapidshare, but they will delete the file after 30 days of inactivity. Or you could get some free webspace using something like geocities.

There are currently 3 EA textures that are still 128^128 and look really poor next to DaBrains updated EA maps.
These are:

Any chance you could have a go at upgrading these to 512^512 resolution?

You're obvious-the Harpy is 8,000 years old. It has 8,000 years old textures.

That would be a problem with the glowmap and not the texture itself.

A few of the texture changes for that Hera map actually don't work well with the HTL model so I've had a go at combining the original Medusa map with this modified version so that they can still use the same textures as each other.
