Very nice.

Me likes. (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif) Needs more perspective. (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)

A question about those little turrets. They're part of the model, yet they're floating around like RBCs, right? Are they somehow anchored in place? And are they destroyable?
-
They should be destroyable - just like turrets, just remote ones. (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)
-
Hrm..
-
They are turrets...

Question: just how big is that Terran jump gate station? (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/eek.gif)

The Juggernaut behind it is the same size as the colossus if i remember correctly from an earlier picture, so base your size comparison on that
-
nearly 12km high (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)
-
Damn... (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/eek.gif)
-
The station can allow ships up to the Sathanas to pass through it.
-
so the chances of those beams hitting say a cruiser is small? shall we say they hit the station once too often??? hummm suicide? hummm ........
-
That's what bombers are for (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/biggrin.gif)
-
why is th 'bridge' of that station SO big?
-
Well, I wouldn't call it a bridge. Look at the size of that station..that might be quarters for 20,000 people. I dunno, ask Woomeister :P
-
It's the main part of the station, most of the station is used to power the subspace device.
