Title: INFA grammar
Post by: bruce89 on November 26, 2007, 04:06:13 pm
The grammar is rather messy in INFA. I am working on a fix I hope.

Not when INFA SA is in development, the new MOD is designed to replace the old one. Snail is taking care of the grammar ;)

Uhm? That page is incomplete. I'm waiting for the permission of adding INFA SA specs and weapon loadout, plus the Tech Descriptions.

Feel free to grammar check and small(and still incomplete) introductions I write, but please leave the tech descriptions untouched.

If you are implying by that post that I suck at grammar, I will reply by saying that I didn't write it.

I'm the author of it, where's the problem?

As I said, that page isn't complete. I made it so that any other Inferno member can work on it.

He changed an incorrect 'it's' to 'its', the correct form.

Of course, there's a spelling error right in the same sentence!

great.... I like pedant grammar checkers...  ;7 If you are trying to find some job to do for a campaign, I might take you into consideration. Give me some time to think and discuss... in the meantime click the link in my signature.

Just so you know, I was not involved in the creation of the Aesacus article..

Inferno is great, but I always felt the (Command) Briefings lacked something. And I am not talking about correct grammar.
They were too short, not interesting and griping enough. I understand that Inf is more about the unbelievable amount of new & cool ships, but when the Grammar is checked in the SCP versions, will the briefings themselves also be better?

(Yeah, the missions will be different, I know).

After the release of INFA SA, you will probably say:

"Damn! Those Command Briefings are too long!"

:P

Not a problem, i don't mean to mock. I'm simply providing a little positive reinforcement. :)
