Would it be ok if I could use the Het-Ka of corce I want to do a reskin of it, and slight remodle of the ship if thats ok with you all?:D

Sure you can use it, but sonce you're remodelling it. Please change the name (since it strictly won't be the same ship) and send me a pic of it once you're done if you don't mind (out of curiosity) :)
