Title: Battlestar Galactica: Bad Squadron
Post by: Unknown Target on July 09, 2011, 12:41:59 am
I think this would be an epic campaign for either BtRL or Diaspora when they release.

Discuss/Debate/Comment/Criticize

Concept is too vague.

Battlestar Galactica:
VAGUE SQUADRON

...not even the authors know what it's about. Coming this summer!

Because you probably can't figure out what to do in a thread for yourself, the instructions, should you choose to read them, are as following:

Debate/Discuss/Comment/Criticize/Troll/Get into a totally offtopic religion discussion at page 3 causing a lock at page 5.

Bad Squad
Bad Squad
Bad Squad
Bad Squad

They fly across the Red Line
The Squadron of Sin
They got the thread idea
You just sent in

It needs evaluation
So let the games begin
A clear concept, a less vague post
A plot line would be nice of course

Bad Squad
Bad Squad
Bad Squad
They're Bad

The Evil Air Wing of Evil
Is watching so beware
The grade you receive
Will be your last we swear

So make the Bad Squad gleeful
Or they'll put you in their crosshairs...

You're EV suited up
There's no recourse
It's Roll a Hard Six
Signed Commander Air Group BSG 6

I'm here just waiting for the religious discussion to come about. Or what about if I kickstart that **** rolling? I am really amazed at the utter stupidity of the Cylons' irrationality on this issue.

Yeah that's the problem: "Belief". Bunch of crazy religious bots.

I'm trolling the troll thread. Think it's pretty obvious. I mean, who else but a troll would name a campaign as in "BS"?

I think Toasters already have that covered in spades, not to mention their models spines simply glow red when aroused rather then exploding.

To finally get on the religious topic, I find three factors important in this topic.  First: The first guy had a legitimate beginning. After all, he is human.  How many times have you asked stupid questions, or have had mother and sister in laws who hate your guts because you exist and don't sound like them.   Second: everyone on this forum who rambled on negatively are like old angry wives.  It would be better to be stuck on your roof in the rain than to live in a house with a nagging wife.  Third: the very idea that God and religion is considered a plague to any such forum is honestly evidence that in our very human nature we are compelled to acknowledge that God or someone out there made us and everything else.  Atheism, after all, is a religion (and a dying one at that).  It's only human and reflective of our nature as being made in the image of God to battle with the fact that we are not almighty God's ourselves, traversing the universe, awaiting death without anything in the end.  Obviously, we weren't meant for that.  "Meant" being the key word :)   Oh my.  Eh?

So, the Bad Squad has 4 guys in it.
A black guy, a redneck, a nerd, and normal you.
and the 4 of you have really cheap MK1.5 vipers, sent to do something stupid before the miniseries over the red line, where you capture a comic relief skinjob and run into some pirates and escort some ships, get into a dogfight

get into a dogfight get into a out-of-the-blue religious argument for no apparent reason.

Fixed.

A very interesting point you raise here, but it fails to address the key epistemic question: has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

A very interesting point indeed. So interesting in fact that it violates the HLP boredom act. Such behaviour should be punished by lock.
