Title: 5 fps with 3.6.14 rc8

The other day, I noticed that War in Heaven had been updated back in December with some new stuff that required the new builds, so I downloaded RC8.  Now my game is lagging something fierce.
I've updated my NVIDIA drivers to one released last week, disabled vsync, lowered my graphics setting, and removed the advanced visual VPs.  I still get somewhere between 4.5 and 5.0 fps.
