Title: Can't see anything

I am trying to run FS Open, but the screen is white the entire time the game runs. I can't navigate the menu because of this, and I suspect the game would still be unplayable. I have considered the possibility that my intel family laptop graphics card can't handle the special features of FS Open, and so I went ahead and disabled everything fancy. Still the same white screen.

What I wish for:

1. Someone can explain how to make FS Open run with some of the nice features enabled.

2. Failing that: Someone can explain how to make FS Open run without any superficial updates, but with the ability to run mods. My brother is a huge Star Wars fan, and I'd like to surprise him with the Original Trilogy mod.

3. Failing that: Someone can explain how to run a mod without FS Open

Initializing OpenGL graphics device at 640x480 with 16-bit color...Can you try running the game at 1024x768 resolution or higher and 32-bit color? If you still have problems after changing those settings, please post another log.

Run launcher as administrator at least once when you will set up video settings.

It looks like that was all it took to get me through the first training mission. Thanks for the quick replies! I'll see how many of the cool modern features I can initialize now  :)
