Title: Icon in the Breifings editor

I'd like to add my own I con to the Mission in the the command Briefing and debriefings, is there a way to do such a thing. Not so much the ship icons, but an icon like the Colonial insignia.

This is going to require editing icons.tbl which unfortunately I'm not familiar with. The only things I can do are point you at the relevant wiki entry here (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/Icons.tbl) and attach the icons.tbl from Diaspora to this post.
