at least its a low brainpower game being bought by a peddler of low brain power games.  imagine what would happen if it was EA or Ubisoft.

Candy Crush IS a derivative.  That base game has existed for at least a decade in other skins.  It baffles me how these things make such insane amounts of cash and get away with being complete ripoffs of **** you could find on newgrounds in 1999.  (I completely pulled that year out of my ass, please don't flamespray me if newgrounds hasn't been around that long :))

Oldest version of this gameplay I could find with a quick search is 1994 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shariki).

The funniest part is how they bought it for more than Disney bought Lucasarts. Google it. 5.9 B $ vs 4.05 B $.

And I don't even play it (or the original).
I just did it to ruin you!
