Title: Freespace IP still with Interplay

Got a reply today from Wedbush, which were the company responsible for the auction last year. The IP is still currently with Interplay, FYI. Anyone still have a contact for them? Perhaps it can be licensed from them now for any individual games, etc.

I wonder what all this means. Ideally, it would mean no one was interested in the IP to outweigh the passive income from whatever sales it still gets. I also wonder if Interplay doesn't have any further plans for it. Wasn't it part of a bundle though? How did that stop being a thing?

As long as someone who has a haibt of Googling his online handle doesn't turn it into a bidding war, yeah. If you're lucky, that person may still be distracted by staring at Star Citizen.
