Title: Reminiscing: A WoD Tale
Post by: Veers on April 17, 2019, 07:42:46 am: Now I wish I had a nice little story written up, on some floral stationary. Buuut I don't... raincheck!

I haven't been around in ages but stopped in on a few threads here and there, and managed to end up in the Forum Game archives. And damn it makes me happy to see those, the turns, the videos (gosh those videos <3), and to think of the fun and frustration we had during them.

So while we all might be a good four years older and wiser, four years of ups and downs. These memories and the ability to reminisce really make everything melt away.

I liked the games, wanted to share that damn it was fun and these several years later, makes me so incredibly happy to look back on them. When is the next game starting? :beamz:

Technically I don't really have any excuse for not starting forum game. Before it was because I just wanted to concentrate all my creative energy on finishing episode 2 and well, that's done now, so.
I guess the question is more if there is still any interest, HLP overall has slowed down a lot over these past few years.

But since Veers made the thread, I'm guessing I'd have at least one fellow CRF player with me. But all being well I'll be in if you do the next game. :)

Post by: 0rph3u5 on April 20, 2019, 05:05:58 pm: It was so nice in the test game (even though I kept pissing people off with eratic behavior), so I launched a Tribute Game (https://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php?topic=82910.msg1875026#msg1875026) in Stellaris based on the info.

_{I still have the kits for the CRF, DD, UGC and SU - and I had one CSA and the Nodera ready to go but then Episode 2 happened and I have to get back to those. As they are stored in an easy to edit file - to would be a triffle to share.}

I actually found, the other day, that I still have my notes from this (https://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php?topic=92505.msg1830831#msg1830831) lying around, so... I would probably be interested.

Hah, neat. I don't remember seeing that before. (That's not a thread I really keep tabs on)

Well said. A true Knight knows that his duty to his Lady and country is only fulfilled when he is victorious or when he is dead. That it is not when his country prospers but when it declines that it needs his life the most. And if he has to give his life in service to that, he will do so. Gladly.
