sharlin v3 is not too long away. i think the textures finally do the model you made some justice !  i appreciate how accurate the curves are and the detail you put into this model bobbaou  

note textures are currently 512x??? for the main parts and 256x??? for the small fins.

this will be reduced for in game but ive tested already and the difference is not very noticable,  slightly less defination   doh!

Anyway, I am a complete retard on the B5 universe (it never shows here in Aus), but I'm guessing that that is about cruiser-sized, judging by the size of the guns, that's all. Just a not-very-educated guess

its the biggest minbari warship.

minbari being the most advanced of the "young races".  It kicks the butt of most things in a 1v1

Most earth alliance ships cannot get within firing range and cannot survive a single shot from one of it's warship-to-warship weapons

has a Minbari Stealth Device, many weapons including Neutron beams, tractor beams, an optional mass driver


obviously not all of these are in the game version

Uh oh. I sense another Ultimate Warship coming on...

But it's cool. Provided you make every other capship super-tough as well  (I've kinda wanted to see a version of the game with a tougher breed of destroyer)

Even this baby's smaller sibling(the Tinashi frigate) can take out a number of earth force ships....for our first release anyway


See earth arent advanced during the earth-minbari conflict...hell we dont even have beam weapons.

I had 6 olympus corvette and 4 hyperion vs 2 tinashi frigates) 3 corvette and 1 tinashi survived ....not bad odds really.  Ea ships are just too underpowered at the moment but thats what the war was like...we are capable of destroying their ships but at a cost of 10 equivalent of ours.....it creates a get feels of despear knowing you and your capital ships are using rubbish tech....it creates a do or die mentality for the missions.
