I just realised wot this could be! :rolleyes: (See what creativity does to your mind!)

This could be the Delta Sirpentis/Sol node collapsing on the Earth end! :D   Although the shivan jump thing would be cool too, but I'd have to make things a bit more red !

We already saw what happenes when the jump node collapses :wtf:

However, what it could be is the aftermath of the Capella going BOOMY. And that thing could be a "bridge" the shivans needed to get to Sol/their home/whichever theory you support...

As you said, "see what creativity does to your mind"...
