As long as they turn the damned thing off in lecture, church, and concerts.  Maybe they should install jammers for them.  (there are such things and they are quite easy to make)

The thing about the microwaves on a cell phone... most likely non-harmful.  However when you were describing that statistic think about the rest of the electrical stuff we use.  You could be frying your brain with your computer... it emits quite a bit em.  Doubt me?  Use a ****ty wireless phone.  ALL EM ouput has increased however most people doubt it is that harmful being macro and all.

Cell phones are the ultimate decivers, the King of Lies.  Think about it, they were brought out with the idea of more freedom (now you can get that call and call someone from anywhere).  Now our way of showing freedom is to toss the damn things into the water.  Freedom?  I think not.  You want true freedom, stick with an answering machine, you'll be happier.

Of course, I also believe all telephones are evil.  Cell phones are the worst of all.

AND IF I CATCH ONE OF YOU DRIVING AROUND WITH THE DAMN THING IN YOUR EAR, YOU WON'T LIVE LONG ENOUGH TO HANG UP!
