You need to move the Big O forward so that its not right on the horizon. Not only does it currently look like its behind the water, but it has the illusion ove being a bit of 40miles tall. The smoke rising up on either side is a bit grainy and looks like it was photoshopped in. Badly, I might add.

Otherwise, your basic composition looks pretty good.

I remember saying "what the heck is The BIG O?" lol I thought it might be Adult Swim's version of "Sex in the City" so I checked it out.. Wow it's about big robots (megaduces)... Now I am a big fan and have the song..

"BIG O.. BIG O, BIG O, BIG O... Da da da da da da da da da!" lol

That's a cool pic, I agree it looks like it is too far away on the horizon, Big O needs to be in the middle of the water in the shot.

  Other than that I love it! make Big Fau or one of the other Megaduces on it's back beat to hell and sinking in the water in front of Big O though! Coolness!

the model is an actual physical model i have. yea i noticed i made it stand far behind the horizon, the water should have been "higher" behind him more.

yea the smoke was a hack job, nothing special. i just threw some fire in and viola... instant bg. but when i get the initiative to put some good effort, i'ma make it look better. thanks guys for the advice.

btw stardragon, go to www.paradigm-city.com they have more prints and a forum with good art of anime and the big o.
