I like the shine effect and the models are quite detailed, but the textures need some work.

Midtown Madness!!! I've finally found what game that remind me of. As I said in that other thread, I love the meshes, shine is too important as is smooth shading, and they need actual maps.

Yeah I agree, they look cool. Would you (Baron McDoblin) know how to get in touch with anyone involved with that project. Or do you have some info, it looks really cool.

Though I agree you should tone down the shininess on ship in the 2 botom screenies. The 2 top ones are fine.

No they aren't. Wing Commander Universe is the closest to a genuine Privateer 3. You'll be able to fly and trade commodities over the entire charted space of Wing Commander, go anywhere at anytime, visit any planet, witness any battle. And itll be massively multiplayer with large-scale fleet actions.

That's what they say, at least.
