Finer details?  There's no finer details... you get 100 MB for whatever you like, 24 hour FTP access, fast uploads and downloads, etc.  i've been promising to do this for awhile now, so i thought it's finally time

ok, questions:

1) for who is it? just people with camps or also people who need a good host for something else?
2) does it offer PHP and that kinda stuff?
3) where do i sign (if it's not only for camps)
