Opinions on Portal styled sites.
Ok here in the next couple of weeks I'm moving my RPG group's site over to our new domain and I've been concidering using a portal system, such as PHPNuke or what not. But since I've never used one I'd like to know what others thought about it. Most of my interest is since it's suppossedly 'automated' so that it'll require less effort on my part once it's up and running...and with my work being 4am until 6pm and getting sent out of town with only a day's notice,...I really don't have the time to dedicate anymore. So please if anyone has toyed with these before give my your comments on them ;)

http://www.deezire.net/ has one style of PHPNuke that's quite appealing to me.

PHPNuke is groovy, but its PostgreSQL support is **** (or was about a year ago when I was working on it). If you can stomach MySQL, you can't get much better than the Nuke.
[I am not really here. This post is entirely a figment of your imagination.]

Cool,...i've been thinking about trying to install it and try it out,...but the damn thing expands and shows as 78 or so meg on disk, and last time i tried to upload the files after an hour I just said the hell with it lol (Sadly that was on broadband,...and now I'm on a 56K again for a time)
