plus this one is the worst, I used to kick my PC from times to times ( no, really, a problem with the HD rack fan ), with that stupid thing, one quick and my PC would be dispatched puzzle-way. Plus where's the room for adding anything? where's the warrenty asying that the thing won't melt? Oh, and most likely the best air flow ever
"keeps his ugly, cheaper and more efficient case"

It's a Via C3 CPU, they don't run all that hot to begin with. Also, Mini-ITX boards aren't really designed with expandibility as a priority, everything you need is built in and they're meant for such purposes as HTPCs and the like, anything you need a small embedded computer that doesn't need to run 3D games. The fact you can build them into all manner of tiny enclosures (old console cases seem to be a favourite at mini-itx.com) is a bonus.

Laptops are for ****. They'll also tear your ****ing arm out at the shoulder.

If you want small, you get one of those little palm thingies and a keyboard. Or you fork over a few grand for one of those wearable rigs with the eyepiece.

You're losing your touch, aren't you, Venom?:p

My touch? did I ever have one? :p
Well, palm pilots and stuff have never been my stuff, I can't say I like them or not, never tried, but , well, at least, a laptop, you feel like the thing is big enough for the money you spent on it
Nah, dunno. Anyway, anything is better than a Millenium Condor case, really ( even more when it's not the first time I see this one... ). But heh, people do what they want with their money after all, I buy stuff that other people would find utterly stupid, so...

edit: fixed typos. I need to learn to check for typos BEFORE I post :doubt:

They're utter crap. Only good for word processing, and barely even for that, since the screen's so small you can only read a sentence at a time so if you're writing anything bigger than a sentence it'll likely come out a disjointed mess. Still, if ye absolutely have to move around with a computer and ****...

A laptop is overkill when all you want is something that'll sit on top of your TV or in your Home Theatre setup and play DivX's/DVDs/MP3s etc. Old consoles and Millenium Falcon models aren't the be all and end all of Mini ITX cases, more conventional looking models are available. Hell, several manufacturers make cases entirely for this purpose that look just like any other piece of HiFi equipment. Home Theatre isn't all small PCs are good for, either. Shuttle (among others, although I believe Shuttle came up with the idea first) are making full-blown PCs in fairly small cases (example: The SN41G2) for situations where space is at a premium (and laptops are too expensive). They may be "crappy PCs" but contrary to what you seem to believe, not everyone needs are fully loaded firebreather of a PC.

no, what I believe is that this thing is expensive ( coz yes it is ) and inefficient ( try to put that on your TV for a laugh, btw ).
But in fact I don't care, so I'm done with that.

That, at least looks quite good, and is interesting because of the airflow management, and that cable dealing thinguy.
