nebula rendering bug
after a realy large amount of anyoing testing I have determined that a nebula rendering bug I have been trying to track down is not caused by my new specular lighing code (though there is a seperate one that is), all recent SCP versions have rendered in nebula missions with ships getting way to bright and pinky orengey stuff, can someone help me figure out ether why it is doing this or when it started doing this.
to see the bug run any recent SCP builds (not mine) and play a nebula mission, everything is super bright like the fog values are being applyed twice or something
I should note that though the specular code does not cause this bug it does antagonise it a bit

ive noticed that the ships would be bright orange (you can see there outline in the clouds), from about 3-9km out. from the first SCP exe, all the way until todays. at first i thought it was a norm thing due to my viddy card but i guess im not the only one, maybe there was an old rendering code removed and no one realized its for the nebula as well?
