Hokay, I ran some sisoft sandra test to see if my new system settings are working as they should be and stumbled across the IOQD value which was turned down to 1. Now I know that Celerons should have that value somewhere around 8 (I think) so this could be the source of all those problems I've had recently. Sandra sais it can be increased from bios but I can't find it there. Any help?

Sorry, can't help you with that one, if it's not in the Bios, the only thing I can suggest is trying to find some info on your MBoard on the internet and seeing if it is jumper/switch based or the like?
