Yes. It is two rings though: an outer one and an inner one. The outer one is small plates, the inner one is longer plates.

I hope this sufficiently explains what I mean by four rings. If not, then I'll have to draw a picture, and I'm too bloody lazy.

eh, I might if I decide it's needed to balance it.   But there's going to need to be an Arcadia near it for control purposes.  And I suppose I'll have to add a dock point to it in the future.  And make a still one.  Oy, so much to do. lol
