Help with those trying to convert .ms3d into .pof
Hello all! Unknown Target here, with his FIRST TUTORIAL! (aka, cut me some slack if I don't explain everything ;))

Ok, Tools:

Milshape 3D (no ****! really! I'm not kidding! :D)

LithUnwrap

COB2FS2

---STEPS:

1) Make your model. Make sure it's NOT HIGH POLY! (I have YET to figure out how to get this to work. Any advice would be HIGHLY APPRECIATED!)

2) Now, assign textures to each of your sub-groups. MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE .PCXs and are in the Freespace2/data/maps directory!

3) Save the file as a .ms3d. Make sure to scale it down a whole bunch!

4) Open your .ms3d model in LithUnwrap. Make any changes you want, and save as a .cob.

5) Open your .cob file with COB2FS2, and convert. You're done!

I hope this is useful, it took me, like, 2 damn years to figure it out :D
