Yes, it's not the highest detailed model, but does anyone see potential in it?

From what I can see, I like the shape. Maybe you could post some shots taken from different angles, so that we can get a better idea of how the ship looks.

It has potential, though I would bevel the outer edge of the missle banks, it conflicts with the blocky-Terran look of the ship.

...How do you mean? Have you Downloaded the mesh? Because it is bevelled inward, last I remember.

I like the shape, where it's going.

Two suggestions:

(1)Round off the missile bays, so that the angle isn't so sharp on the side.

(2)Get rid of the little fin at the back: I would put two there with roughly a 60 degree angle between them.

Nice lookin' strike bomber, that. Looks akin to an Artemis bomber, to be honest. Once I get better at using gmax I'll make at attempt at skinning it(and adding those ever important things called barrels, unless I missed them?).

Oh, no, I didn't put any... The latest fighter I'm working on was my first attempt at them in MAX.

That bomber is my first real attempt at mesh making in MAX besides the tutorial...

I managed to make a mace using the gmax tutrorial... I feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Soon I'll probably get around to building my bomber in gMAX instead of FSDS. Pics can be posted if you're interested :-)
