I just textured one of my old meshes that I had for Attempted Suicides. It's a Shivan subspace bomber that has the capability to fire a subspace "beam" (the overrated subspace weapon from Inferno) carried by some Shivan supercapital vessels. This weapon will be of lesser magnitude (it hasn't be tabled) and will - um - be carried by this bomber.

So here's some eyecandy:

So it wasn't eyecandy. But do blame it on the JPG file format.

Write a short critique of it. Tell me what you think.

how about having that claw as part of the main body ? The "arms" look a little flimsy, especially in profile.

Looks like a sub-cruiser class Diablo. I assume (if she's used for Inferno) she'll carry beams like those on that Inferno bomber that looks like the younger cousin of a Shadow vessel (B5).

Subspace weapons should only be carried on vessels destroyer-sized or above. Putting one on a bomber is absolutely ridiculous. It's like a nuclear pistol.

Well, to be entirely honest, I don't really like it. There's no discernable cockpit as there is on most Shivan vessels, the profile looks very flimsy, and the overall shape doesn't look particualrly shivan... Alien yes. Shivan, sadly not.

IMO anyway.

The Vindyachal does a good job of putting larger weapons on bombers, but a subspace weapon is too far...
