Bob's High Poly Herc
For some reason, Bob's high poly Herc won't recognize which textures it's supposed to use when it's in .COB format. Any thoughts on why it's doing this/how to fix it?
Wash: This landing's gonna get pretty interesting.
Mal: Define "interesting".
Wash: *shrug* "Oh God, oh God, we're all gonna die"?
Mal: This is the captain. We have a little problem with our entry sequence, so we may experience some slight turbulence and then... explode.

Manually apply the texture. Simple.

I'm using 3DE. Care to explain how?

Double click on the materials editor, click browse, select the map and hit ok.   Should work. If the UV Mapping is intact.
