I have created English subtitles for cutscenes based upon fsdoc (wiki). I don't know if it would be useful for someone.
I have prepared it for further translation to Czech language.

It's working with AVIs inside of FS2_OPEN if you install some video filter which adds subtitle support (like ffdshow  or divxg400).

Just out of interest did they redub the cutscenes for the other releases?

We have done no dubbing but only subtile translation, maybe later.

Not you. I was asking if [V] translated the cutscenes in the other versions.

I think that only German version exist. It's fully redubbed. I have Spanish original and it's fully in English.
