I've been using the 20050719 build, and I've been noticing some texture things that don't seem quite right. Whenever I activate the TPB Warp Effects, it always turns the warps green, like the knossis one. And, whenever a capitol ship blows up, instead of the shockwave texture, there's just a white plane.

I'm no coder, but I think they'd appreciate your system specs. If you post them before they get here, it might prevent time wasted by them telling you to post them.:)

the white plain thing sounds like an error, but the warpout thing is what that flag does.

The green warp is a might odd, especialy seeing as it's a rather low-res animation it's using, but if that's the norm, okay then. But the white plane thing still has me worried.

And my specs, as requested (sorry, my first post here):
Windows XP SP2 (Using this for game for now)/Ubuntu Linux AMD64 5.04
AMD Athlon64 3000+ 1.8Ghz
512MB RAM
GeForceFX 5700 256 MB
Is that all I need for specs?

EDIT: I also just noticed that all the cutscenes are getting scaled down to I'd say bout 150 pixels wide. I thought it was my dual monitor setup, but disabling it didn't help.

Are you using D3D or OGL mode?  What resolution is the game running at?

D3D, despite my reservations about it, and 1024x768x32

You say you're using the TBP warp effects launcher option, right?  Are you actually playing TBP, or are you trying to play regular FS2 with this option?  Its designed to work exclusively with TBP (or any other mod that can make use of this feature), so it won't look right with straight FS2 universe.

As for the white blocks, I get that too from time to time.  This bug has been around for a few months now.
