This week at the APEC convention in Chile, all the heads of state were given traditional ponchos as a gift. Here are Bush, Putin and the Chilean President showing their's off.

edit: note the school-boyish grins on both Putin and Bush's faces. Wearing ponchos must be really fun, if it can bring a smile to the faces of such people. Putin especiialy looks like he's really enjoying himself.
