No problem. I suspect we're going to see more of this now that Freespace has appeared on that cover disk.
The latest versions of the project live in the Recent Builds forum that you may have noticed on your way in here. My personal advice is to try using 3.6 first though as that is more stable than the latest builds since they are mainly for the community to test new code with (That doesn't mean that they are highly unstable by any means. I've used nothing but latest builds for the last year and had very little in the way of problems).
If you download the 3.6 installer don't use the new weapon effects as that is for single player only and will result in the game reporting that you are using hacked tables (which in essence you are!

). Make sure you do get the core vp file though as if I remember correctly one of the files in there is needed for multiplayer. All the other vp files are optional.
