that's modding. If I remember correctly, Karajorma's pages explain how.  

Someone who knows alot more than i do needs to compile "the ultimate modding manual"  with some really good tutorials for the complete modding experience.

Maybe before you start making a campaign, you should join FA or read some tuts on how to do it :)
