Cleaning Crew First Impressions
I found an excessive amount of mis-spelling...
Like the GTD Nereid typed as Neried or Niered...
and others things even worst, i think...
Such thing REALLY discourage the player from hitting the Commit button....

What the hell are you on about? I checked my spellings repeatedly. The only ones I screwed up on were the Erantax and the Jooyun, because my memory was faulty.

Excessive? I don't think so. I think somebody else would have commented on an excessive amount of misspellings. I did not see one comment about misspelling directed at anything aside from the Erantax and Jooyun in the whole of the 25+ replies to my campaign release post.

As a writer, I am insulted, sir. Are you capable of providing any proof of your allegations, or are you bull****ing?

hmmm...
when did you did that?
i may have an older version...
i downloaded it, say...........2 weeks ago...........
Yesterday i tried it out...and i found several mis-spellings...
the most important was Neried...when the Destroyed loaded with Meson warheads that was going to collapse the vega-Capella node was the Nereid, not Neried...

Even so...the campaign looked promising...
hmmm...i hope there is a good explanation for how the hell those shivans survived the Capella Supernova...

You are going to have to give more than one example if there are, indeed, any more.

Dont be so negative Willy
If you would like, I can point out pleanty of flaws in your missions like that that are far more numerous than the ones in Cleaning Crew. Dont go making a new thread just to slam someone else's campaign (doing that doesnt make you friends here very fast I can assure you). If you have a complaint go post it in the release thread.

Examples:
"A Vausdan [Vasudan?] unit in the predomiantly [Predominantly?] Terran $b Vega $b System $b Defense $b Force"
"The bad news is that the $g GTD $g Neried [Nereid?], scheduled to seal off the Vega-Capella node, developed [suffered?] a critical failure in its jumpdrive before it could be depolyed [Deployed?]. The entire subspace drive melted down. Repairs are estimated to take $b 16 $b hours."
"Nothing smaller then a corvette appears to have survived the supernova, because nothing smaller then [than?] a $r Moloch has emerged from the node."

hmmm...yes...i should said this in it's release thread...i didn't saw any (i should have searched it, my fault)...so i created one...
I'm not saying that your campaign sucks...i'm just saying that there are some mispelling...nothing more...

What I find helps a lot is to open the mission in something like Word so that the red underlines can help me :D

As long as you save the mission as a text file with a .fs2 extension it should still work after doing that.

(Your milage may vary, missions should be saved to a different filename just in case)
