I've been trying to settle on a new style recently, and after much research and wasting of leads I managed to come up with something that I liked enough to colour, which happens rarely these days. There are some problems with the shading and anatomy though, particularly her left shoe. I do not like that shoe. Or the other shoe really, but that shoe is particularly insolent.

Anyway, any comments and criticism and things would be helpful.



Incidentally, PNGs are awesome.

Mate that's bloody great.

With a little further work on the shoe it would be just about perfect.

The legs seem a little out of proportion, but that can be left as part of the style.

Singh, what browser are you using? The link definitely works, the only problem I can think of is if your browser doesn't support PNGs.

Good work. But the girl looks stupid.

In that she looks like she's an idiot.

The eyes are pointing ever so slightly inwards.

And her shoes suck.

the biggest problem i can see is that she looks kinda flat, perspectivewise, in the face... anatomy's not particularly important in this case since it's not stylistically appropriate for her to have exact proportions.
i think the thing with the face is because her head's slightly the wrong shape.

she has really, really long hair.

How so?

Personally I would have thought that would be more the fault of the shading.

It used to be longer.
