It was really a test of some of my new Audio stuff, and I'm notorious for filling up my Webspace with junk, so I kept it short

I just tend to lay down a rhythm pattern and Ad-Lib over the top

Thats generally what that style of music does. Its something thats easy to just sit and relax to.

I like, but I think it'd actually be a lot better if you slowed the whole thing down slightly.

The percussions is great, but the synth seems slightly messy to me, as its fairly fast. Perhaps keep the rhythm at the same speed, but slow the synth down by half? Try it and see...

Groovy though - what kind of music do you listen to usually? Also, are there any free/cheap proggys I could use for this kind of thing? I've been meaning to experiment - I want to make some backing tracks I can layer guitar parts over...

Nonononononono. That's muzak, and it's a bastardisation of everything musical. This is definitely not muzak. Flipside should be allowed to give you a good slap for that....

Also, it's growing on me as-is. I've had it on a loop for the past hour, and I'm enjoying it. Nice calming influence...
