Automatic Logout time to short?
Since 2-3 days I got the problem that the automatic logout kicks me after a few second/minutes...well a very short time...I was forced to write this twice since I got kicked the last time (login screen appars and I lost my text)

Have you set a new autologout time or I am the only one haveing thing problem?
"Yes! That is my plan, and I see nothing wrong with it. I figure that if I stick to a stupid strategy long enough it might start to work."

Ahh, timewarp strikes again!

We've been having some problems (actually GS has been having the problems) where the server time is all messed up - Australians seem to always be posting from the future, KT's Californian posts seems to always be the first in threads started by others (if he posts soon after the thread was created), etc. I've emailed GS and am awaiting a reply.

"...The quintessential quality of our age is that of dreams coming true. Just think of it. For centuries we have dreamt of flying; recently we made that come true: we have always hankered for speed; now we have speeds greater than we can stand: we wanted to speak to far parts of the Earth; we can: we wanted to explore the sea bottom; we have: and so  on, and so on: and, too, we wanted the power to smash our enemies utterly; we have it. If we had truly wanted peace, we should have had that as well. But true peace has never been one of the genuine dreams - we have got little further than preaching against war in order to appease our consciences. The truly wishful dreams, the many-minded dreams are now irresistible - they become facts." - 'The Outward Urge' by John Wyndham

"The very essence of tolerance rests on the fact that we have to be intolerant of intolerance. Stretching right back to Kant, through the Frankfurt School and up to today, liberalism means that we can do anything we like as long as we don't hurt others. This means that if we are tolerant of others' intolerance - especially when that intolerance is a call for genocide - then all we are doing is allowing that intolerance to flourish, and allowing the violence that will spring from that intolerance to continue unabated." - Bren Carlill

Ah good, so I have to open no new tread, if this problem is already known. :)

Funny thing is, that the time is much more messed up.

While my (forum)-time is still o.k., Tolwyn is 1 hour in the future.
But we are both from germany, and only 100 km apart from each other. Would be interesting to know where this problem spreads. ?

But fact is, our forum discussion are pretty messed up now, because when I add my reply it will be posted before the post I wanted to reply :wtf:

I hope this will not grow any further. Is it the wrong time to tell you about my negative feelings about GS ? ;)

(edit) forget my first sentence, there are already a few posts about it, I should have read more than just a few subtitles :D )

9 out of 10 voices in my head always tell me that I'm not insane. The 10th is only humming the melody of TETRIS.

Sometimes I think GS ****s with us deliberatly, to get revenge for all the server space we take up :D

EDIT: Looks like it might be fixed now.
