That depends. Where are you from? Because over here seeds would get you a nice paid vacation. In Holland it is kosher to have them, but in the UK i believe it is not.

Amsterdam. Don't quite know another place like it. Go to a "cofee shop" and you can see the lovelly little menus of weed or hash. Its quite... Different. Hell, some of them cofee shops look like bakeries as well, you go in, the woman behind the counter looks like a backer, you see lovelly muffins and brownies and cookies. All laced. Of course we were wise enough to know that. I just felt sorry for the unwitting tourist family going in to buy a muffin for the kids.
Only place that comes close is Christiania.

you should try my weed cookies

the secret is to use something fatty, in the case of baking butter is good cause its an ingredient anyway.  i usually use a dime per dozen cookies but some may find a better mix. grind that herb as finely as you can, essentially powderize the stuff.  bring about 4 tablespoons butter up to a simmer and dump in your weed powder. the thc in the weed will bind with the fatty acids in the butter. let it simmer untill the butter turns a healthy green color.  now depending on your recipee you may need to chill your weedbutter abit. then just get any store bought cake, cookie, or brownine mix and use that weed butter you just made.

in adition the tool song 'die eier von satan' is actually a recipee for weed cookies, in german. my usual weed cookie recipee is based off that one, cept i added butterscotch and choclate chips
