checked and done. Everything is in it's place....at least I think it is. Half the time, I cant tell due to the damn vps and filenames.

Also delete the IBX file (cruiser01.ibx and/or cruiser01x.ibx).  Had this happen the other day when I made my own mediaVPs.

Actually, just download this (761K): http://icculus.org/~taylor/fso/fen_lev-ibx.zip

It has good IBX files for the hi-poly models that are in the current MediaVPs.  As long as you have all of the textures in place you should be good to go.
