as i understand it there was an osx version of fs2 open being developed about here somewhere ... anyway was it finished, where can i get it, and will all the other fun goodies work with it?

Still working out the bugs but it is on the way.  It will do everything that the Linux version can, which is almost everything.  "Almost" means no music, no briefing voices, no movies and no environment mapping though all of that is in progress.

Have a look in the new Linux Development forum for progress/bugs, or whatever.  There is only one (rather long) thread in there at the moment but just skip to the last page or two for the current status.
