The Babylon Project needs a skilled webdesigner. Unfortunately we cannot pay, and skilled webdesigners who do not yet have paid projects are very rare.

If you just happen to be one of those who can work for free, please contact me; [email protected] (remove no and spam). Or ICQ 104706158. We can then discuss this in detail.

We need someone who can create new content from scratch and make graphics/themes for existing content. And of course, we'd prefer someone who do not disappear into thin air after the first few weeks.

We have something in motion, the amount of work that needs to be done is confirmed in next two weeks. Before that, I'd like to know if we have a webdesigner or not.

Edit: And this request does not have anything to do directly with this recent HLP forums incident.

I'm pretty good with Namo WE (wysiwyg editor). Right now I'm making my own site with it.

The layout and graphics are my work. Spell added the content.- Babylon 5 Club - Pilot's Manual

well ... you know what i can do ... mostly :) layouts are easy right now i cant be bothered to code **** in php but i could make themes n stuff for website :)

Any urls to Ashrak's work?

Sandwich, nothing too fancy. It's enough if you can make good looking websites in HTML/PHP that still retain their simple usability. Our current homepage has served us very well along the years, but it's getting old.

As for tbp-bt.com. If it ever will have a bigger role, I think I lean towards using a portal system. For that I need someone who can also make good graphics, themes, etc. At the moment, the site hosts our BT tracker and secondary forums. Which could use an unique theme.

Let's put it into this way, I'm looking for a TBP staff member. Not a modeller or such, but a webdesigner who we can rely on when there's need to design something new or simply re-design old stuff. I have managed to do this so far but I completely blow when it comes to designing new stuff from scratch or graphics.

Is there anything else you'd like to know, Sandwich?

On second thought, it probably doesn't make much sense for me to go for this, as I've never seen a Babylon 5 show in my life, and know next-to-nothing about the whole thing. I tend more towards Warsiness and, here and there, Trekkieness.

Ashrak, let's see if I understood correctly. You are willing to create themes and whatnot but can't be arsed to code, say a new site from ground up?

Primus, do you honestly believe you can do better that our current homepage? If the answer is yes, we can discuss a bit more.
