for the last eighteen days, i had to borrow my parents' honda odyssey in order to do my placement. i had to go down the central coast to hang around with a gp (general practitioner... ie doctor) for four hours at a time, for four sessions... i didn't feel like training it so i got the car. the trip's two hours one way (assuming i stuck to my speed limit... i managed one and a half hours). obviously that wasn't the only use i put the car to...

in eighteen days i managed to drive 1700km.

i have to give the car back.

i feel like i've lost both legs.

*Guesses that this thread will be about icespeed driving a car, and then having to give it back, but putting ~1500 km or so on it*

Once it's posted, that is.

Granted, I've never driven an Odyssey, but I get the feeling you don't like commuting? :p

Get something more fun than an odyssey and come back to us. ;)

May I suggest:

Well, I'm single....

Raa, what is it with you and these ricer-type cars?  Granted I like sedans, but WTH with you recomending a ricer to everyone in the world?

Many names, but always me.

First off, you're showing alot of class by calling any import car a ricer car. :p

The FTO is a gorgeous beast, in it's GP Version R form. It handles superbly, and is quick. And more importantly, it's fun to drive.

The Integra Type R is the same way. And it's a Honda, so the quality is top notch and the car will last you for several hundred thousand miles, while still delivering 30 mpg. :p

So you can bash these cars all you want, but keep on driving your v8 dumbestic gas guzzler, complaining about how the gas prices are killing you :p

I wouldn't buy a Honda. Firstly, I don't fit into most of those asian cars. Having my knees on both sides of the steering wheel isn't comfortable. Secondly, they're Hondas. That disqualifies them by definition. Too many good cars around here, there is virtually no market for japanese cars - maybe except for Toyota.

Edit : did that forum restoration result in new 'titles'? I don't remember being a Herc. Which reminds me to use my bike more often.

Dammit, you'll have half the forum starting Nigerian email scams & running online viagra stores now........

Why not just buy a cheap car or summat anyways?  If you're going to be a GP you'll be absolutely minted, I bet.....
