So? You really think that would be a defence that would save you in court (not that this would ever go to court!). If you put up FS2 ISOs you're warezing 1.8GB of content and about 10 Meg of exe.
If you put up FS1 you're putting up 1.2GB of warez content.
So if you're just going on size FS2 downloads are actually more illegal
You're wrong. Deal with it and let JoeLo put up whichever game he feels like putting up cause legally there is no difference.

Good point actually.

said that they couldn't release the FS1 code only because they no longer had it because they destroyed it making it into FS2.
Whether you believe that excuse or not it does mean that as far as we know the FS1 code is every bit as released as the code for FS2.
