I just ran it, with both All features on and on normal FS2, but the game doesnt even load, crashes after the SCP splash screen, with the standard windows error.
the errorlog.txt files reports:

Whats going on? is that file (ntdll.dll) broken or something?

it looks liek im missing something called interface.tbl.. (when in d3d i can see the log window when it crashes- it only crashes on startup like this on the debug version, so the release crash remains unknown to me)
Using PURE D3D DeviceWindow in debugging mode... mouse clicking may cause problems!
