Untranslated Vasudan Talk
Nonono, you misunderstand. Obviously the actual Vasudan speech will be different for every individual, but the English speech is produced by the translator, so it will be a standard voice. Like using the Narrator in Windows - it's a standard voice-synthesis program. It'd vocalise the same way no matter who was speaking.

For voice-acting a campaign, you'd overlay the "Vasudanised" speech recorded by the VA on top of a Vasudan speech sample included with FRED.

Untranslated Vasudan Talk
To a degree I agree with you but the voice of Commander Abu, Khonsu II and Admiral Khafre are all different so at the very least there must be different models of the translator.

Untranslated Vasudan Talk

To consider the Earth as the only populated world in infinite space is as absurd as to assert that in an entire field of millet, only one grain will grow. - Metrodorus of Chios
I wept. Mysterious forces beyond my ken had reached into my beautiful mission and energized its pilots with inhuman bomb-firing abilities. I could only imagine the GTVA warriors giving a mighty KIAAIIIIIII shout as they worked their triggers, their biceps bulging with sinew after years of Ivan Drago-esque steroid therapy and weight training. - General Battuta
