Since I'm too lazy to register over there, I'll post here.  I think it means that something is going to be introduced, or reintroduced in that mission, similar to that article about smallpox.  Perhaps the Shivans are coming back?  Perhaps an entire new enemy is presenting itself in that mission, or in the place where the mission takes place?
