I believe they will, but I hope to God that they can keep Hubble up there.  I'm really fond of the thing. The new NASA administrator, Michael Griffin, seems like just what the agency needs; besides wanting to repair the Hubble, he's also hoping to push development on a shuttle replacement forward, so that there's not that long of a gap after the shuttles are retired.
