Ripping music from PS2 games?

Could anyone point me to some handy software/utilities to accomplish this?  The games in question are made by Bandai, Gundam games to be specific.  There's some awesome tracks from the anime that I..ah..am not able to acquire elsewhere.  I have a DVD-rom and everything, so I can view the contents of the disks.  Just need to access the necessary files.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
