I think this is quite a cool site, which I found a few days ago, that lets you create your own comic strips (unfortunately only with the objects, speech bubbles and characters available), or view other people's creations.

The site is constantly used, and old comic strips will be deleted, unless it's extremely good and somebody spots it, in which case it will be added to the 'weekly winners' section. ;P This means that if you want people to see your comic, copy it (use print screen) and host it yourself, or link the stip's address at the bottom of the page. Or use Imageshack.
