Vince formed Sunday and quickly became a hurricane up in the far east Atlantic, and early Monday morning it became the first fully Tropical System to hit Spain in recorded history.
Also of note, Vince formed farther north and east than any other TS in history.
Vince formed over 73 degree water, hurricanes need atleast 80 degree water to survive, so no "this was caused by Global warming" excuses.

One more named storm remains, Wilma, if a storm gains that name, the next stomrs name will be Alpha.
